New Condominium Development Near Granville Island (Lumen) Opens Saturday

Lumen, a new condominium developement, near Granville Island, on W. 3rd Ave and Pine opens  for previews (but not sales) this weekend. Developed my Bucci developments  this project will be in the middle of the block between Pine and Fir on the north side of the street.

The building seems like it will be in the middle of the block, mostly across the street from the self-storage warehouse. At least owners won't have to go far to get all the stuff that won't fit into their Vancouver-sized condos. The views on that side seem pretty dismal though.

UPDATE (February 11, 2008) - THey are about to start selling at LUMEN. The tell me in an email today that  "As a valued registrant at Lumen we are pleased to announce that we are now scheduling VIP Selling Appointments for Saturday February 16th, 2008!" If you are interested just email me.
