Could the weather have been any better for this event?  Wow, were there ever a lot of people on Granville Island on Sunday.  Looked like everyone was having a great time too.  Hardest place to get a seat:  ANYWHERE serving a beer outside in the sunshine!  But we did manage to find a perch at the Bridges Pub.  You've got to love this city when the sun shines!

Jackie, The weather certainly was fitting for Winterruption, and it is continuing today. I missed most of it (due to 8 yr old's bday weekend extravaganza) , but got to the market for dinner on Sat. night and caught a great fire show. Definitely seem good for the Granville Island merchants as the place was humming at 6pm on Saturday night when it is usually quiet.

I'll post some pics soon. Thanks for visiting and commenting on the False Creek Comet.
