Saturday Night at Winterruption on Granville Island

The family and I were quite busy this weekend and missed out on most of the Winterruption festival on Granville Island, but we did get down there on Saturday evening for dinner at the market. Dinner at market is great for young kids. They have a ka-zillion choices and usually its not too busy so they can run around after they finish eating in 2.5 minutes. This past Winterruption Saturday night was pretty busy though and we did misplace the little guy for a few seconds (he was looking for the donut holes).

After dinner we were just in time to check out Firebelly: Rainy Day Dream under the yellow crane down by the hotel. The light was great Saturday just before sunset and I took a number of pictures around the island and here are some of them.
