False Creek Buildings: ???

Do you know where this one is? Have you been on it? Is people getting ON buildings a big problem in False Creek? Maybe I should have a contest, but not today. Stay tuned... The theoretical contest would be to guess where the building is, not to get on it. Don't get any funny ideas.
