Featured Granville Island Day Vendor: Oddball Organics

I had seen Randy from Oddball Organics at the Market a few times recently and last week I asked if I could profile him and his sauces here on the False Creek Comet. He said yes and well here we are. Randy was kind enough to offer me a sample of his products and not being to good with the spicy stuff I just tried the Garlic Nectar and the Nasty Nectar and didn't even attempt the Nuclear Nectar. He will offer you the same samples, it had nothing to do with me. He tells me there is actually another level above Nuclear, but I can't remember what that was. The two that I tried were delicious and can be used in all sorts of ways as sauces and marinades. Ask Randy for more ideas.

Like most day vendors at the market Randy and his sauces come and go. He will next be at the market at Granville Island June 24 - 28. I understand that when he is in town (they grow the garlic in Quesnel).
