Local Strawberries Now At The Granville Island Public Market

My wife has reported, well actually I just found them in the fridge, that local strawberries are now available at the Public Market. They won't be around for long. She has been buying from an older East Indian lady who has trouble working the scale, but sells delicious, "no spray" strawberries and raspberries. They also don't last long in the fridge so eat fast or lay them flat on a cookie tray and freeze them. Once they are frozen you'll want to put them in a zip-loc-type bag. Happy Eating!
