False Creek Roof-top Deck In the Vancouver Sun

I didn't get through the whole paper yesterday and as I was up before the kids this morning (don't ask) I was looking through my favourite sections of the paper. There at the back of the At Home section was a story about the 3000 square foot roof deck of False Creek resident Patra DeSilva.

The garden sounds remarkable not only for it's size but also for the number and variety of plants Patra has planted up there. There are trees, shrubs, two ponds and a remarkable selection of roses.
