False Creek Real Estate Statistics: September 2008

I never got these out last month, but I am getting back into a blogging frame of mind so I hope to have these out early every month from now on. The Vancouver real estate market has changed dramatically and continues to do so. Inventory across the city is way up and sales numbers are down significantly. Price are falling. Here in False Creek August saw an almost complete drought with only 3 sales and 8 new listings.
