Royal LePage Releases Report on Female Homebuyers
Yesterday Royal LePage released its The 2007 Royal LePage Female Homebuyers Report. Again this year the number of women who own a home has increased and of those that don't 31% plan to purchase a home in the next three years. Most women do not find the idea of buying a home intimidating and fewer are waiting for marriage to make the jump into home ownership. As well women are not afraid to strap on a tool belt and do some home renovations themselves. They are even more willing to participate in a bidding war for their new home than men. Take a look at the full report or the press release to see regional variations and lots of exciting numbers.
