New Condo Development in New Westminster: The Carlyle at Victoria Hill by Onni
The latest addition to the Victoria Hill development in New Westminster is a 26-story highrise tower called the Carlyle. Victoria Hill is the re-development of the Woodland Mental Hospital site.
The Carlyle will feature views to the mountains to the north and over the river to the south. The email I received from the developer, Onni, had this to say:
