New Condominium Development in Vancouver: ALTO in Downtown Vancouver
A new condominium development in Downtown Vancouver is previewing to REALTORs this week. This one is called ALTO and is being developped by Anthem Properties at the corner of Davie and Howe. The building will be a midrise development and the big feature they are marketing is the 10 foot ceilings in all 110 units.
The prices I've been sent by MAC, who is marketing this one, are as follows

UPDATE (OCTOBER 18, 2007) - I wasn't able to attend the REALTOR preview on this one, but they nicely sent me some pics from the event. Sales start but they tell me "We are opening early on Saturday just for you and your clients, but you need an appointment. Call today to book your time. We will be open for you between 10am to 11am on Saturday, October 20th. We will be opening to our VIP appointments at Noon." Let me know if you are interested. Floor plans are available now too.
Update (October 30, 2007) - The email today from ALTO inlcuded these lovely pics of their dislplay suite and as well as an update on how sales are going now that the VIP launch is done. They have sold 70% but still have a great assortment of units to choose from (see below). The public grand opening is November 3rd.
