I am trying to get back on the bad MLS photo thing so today I bring you a selection of bad photos from the Vancouver MLS® to feast your eyes upon.

These are all the main photo for their respective listings. Is this bedroom really so nice that it deserves to the main photo to sell this condo? At least the bed is made.

Now prices in Vancouver are high. I am sure that is no surprise to anyone who lives here but for those of you from elsewhere here is an example of what one and half MILLION dollars gets you in Vancouver:

Looks homey doesn't it? Don't worry its on a big (for Vancouver) lot. You can still get a house on the Westside of Vancouver for under $1.1 M if you are lucky these days!

Ocean Wise program logoLets just go out and eat the down payment. Here is a list of all the restaurants that are participating in the Vancouver Aquarium's Ocean Wise Program. Look for the logo next time you are ordering seafood.

I seem to think that there was something else I wanted to write about today but I can't remember what it is.

Have a great weekend and if you've got a minute check out my new blog all about False Creek.
