Listing Your Vancouver Home? Watch out for Spring Break!

Spring Break starts on Saturday and if you are thinking of listing your Vancouver home it could pay to wait till the "break" is over (after Easter). During Spring Break, long weekends, and major holidays a large numbers of REALTORs® and their clients will be heading out of town (although probably not together).

That means that you are selling your home to a smaller market and when you are selling to a groupl of peolpe you are usually selling for a lower price. That buyer who might love you house and be willing to pay an extra $1000 or $10,000 more for your home may very well be sipping pina coladas in the pool at their all-inclusive in the Mayan Riviera. When they get back they will be refreshed and all the more enthusiastic for their home search. Why not wait?
