New Vancouver Townhouse Development: The Grand by Concord Pacific

The cancelled Eden Group townhouse project Montgomery Estates on Oak Street, has re-launched as The Grand by Concord Pacific. Not too much info available just yet. These are 2 & 3 bedroom townhouses and prices are to range from $800,000 to $1.1million. I am not sure if I would want to live right on Oak Street for $800,000, but I am sure someone will. The units facing the park should be very nice though. Concord is definitely one of the big developers I would feel fairly comfortable buying a pres-sale from right now.

The email I received has this to say about The Grand:

Rich and refined best defines the character of these homes, a character that makes them as impressive as their perfect location. Air heating and cooling, over-height ceilings and attached private garages are standard features. Elegant hardwood flooring, plush wool carpeting and gas fireplaces to warm up rainy West coast days. Gourmet kitchens ideal for preparing sumptuous meals, and beautifully landscaped patios that are perfect for entertaining guests. Or better yet, choose to pamper your body and soul in the spa-like master ensuite.

Here is a rendering of the project. Oak St arrow added by me.
