The picture reminds me of Biotherm ads. I'd guess that it's selling the mood: relaxation. At least that's what I get from looking at the picture.

My guess: A smooooth feeling, i.e. some hair removal product / treatment / service.
I've never seen as many hair removal ads as since I came to Vancouver - including in mens' change rooms in gyms.
Jan et al, Thanks for stopping by! This lovely lady is actually selling condominiums. In fact she is selling Surrey condominiums.
