Wow, this is the main listing photo for this home! A small messy solarium. You have to imagine how bad this looks the way most people see it which is much smaller. And darker, for some reason they always look brighter here than they do on the MLS®.

The Vancouver Sun reported yesterday on a study by Landcor regarding the potential for residential growth around Canada Line stations in the next 10 - 20 years. For this to occur you need high density zoning and good market conditions they say. Well duh!

Of course not, but it looks like Vancouver real estate was on vacation too while I was away. In the two weeks I was away there were about 715 new listings, over 500 price changes (I am guessing mostly reductions), and just 250 sales in the City of Vancouver.
