I Love This Virtual Tour Part 1
Early last year I had used an Obeo virtual tour for one of my listings and it was pretty good, but then they lost their Vancouver rep and their tours were not available in Vancouver for a while. Well they are back and I have to say I love the product. Now the 360 degree panoramic shots are great, but nothing that special. What I love are the additional features that really get the consumer to bond with the home. There are two, but the one I want to talk about today is call the Style Designer. What Style Designers allows the user to do is to virtaully re-decorate the home. You can change the paint colours, change the flooring, and in the kitchen you can change cupboard colours, and countertops too. This is fun, but I think also a great sales tool. The more time I potential buyer spends with a product the more likely they are buy it, and for a higher price. They have become emotionally invested in it. Let see what you can do. So as you can see it is pretty darn cool. I think it is a great product and I will be using it on every listing I get for the forceable future. This house is not now sold but you can still play with the tour here. What do you think? I would love to hear your opinion in the comments section below.
