Wow, this is the main listing photo for this home! A small messy solarium. You have to imagine how bad this looks the way most people see it which is much smaller. And darker, for some reason they always look brighter here than they do on the MLS®.

Mountain Equipment Co-op is hosting Paddlefest this Sunday at Ambleside Park in West Vancouver. As a lifelong kayaker this event caught my eye.
